4UGUST is an exciting new initiative from the 4 Day Week Campaign and think tank Autonomy.
The idea is simple: companies give their staff a four-day week, while keeping salaries the same, for the month of August. Alongside the bank holiday in the final week, this amounts to just four additional days off: a mini trial.
In 2024, we’ll be running 4UGUST for the first time. If you’re unsure about a longer trial of a four-day week, 4UGUST is a great opportunity to try it just for a month and see the benefits for your organisation.
